🌿 Desk Space Available at Gecko House – A Unique Shared Workspace in Currumbin
Looking for an inspiring place to work that connects you with nature and community?
Gecko House—a beautifully restored heritage-style building on the banks of Currumbin Creek—now has a desk space available for monthly rental in its upstairs shared workspace.
Originally the Currumbin Primary School, Gecko House is over 100 years young and full of character. The building is now home to the Gecko Environment Council office, a vibrant community hall, and an atmospheric co-working space. With native gardens, water views, and a creative community vibe, it’s an ideal spot for freelancers, small teams, or purpose-driven organisations.
The shared space features:
-
Five dedicated desk spaces
-
24/7 access
-
Small kitchenette
-
Heritage charm and natural light
-
Surrounded by nature and like-minded community collaborators
Please note: To be eligible for the shared workspace, you must either work for a community group, not-for-profit, or charity; provide pro-bono services that benefit the community; or operate a business with clear, demonstrable outcomes that support the not-for-profit sector, the community, or the environment.
