Gecko Library

The library at Gecko House contains over 1000 titles covering topics on Conservation, Environmental Management, Landcare, Urban Planning, Campaigning, Government Reports and Native Flora and Fauna to name just a few. The library is managed by dedicated Gecko Volunteers and provides support to the various Gecko portfolios, activites and members of the public. The library contents have a bias to the local SE Qld and Northern NSW regions as well as a broader Australia wide lens.

Currently the library does not offer a lending service however members of the public are welcome to read books and articles from the library collection within Gecko House during our opening hours. Our Volunteers are currently recording the titles contained in the library on a digital online platform where you can research what titles are available. This is as ongoing task and more title are being added on an ongoing basis.

You can view the online catalogue here where you can search by Title, Author, Subject or ISBN.
