Duty of Care Bill
In 2023 Gecko Environment Council joined 400+ others in making a submission to the Senate Committee on the Duty of Care Bill. 15,000+ Australians signed a petition in support of the bill. Despite this, the Committee has recommended that the bill not be passed. However, the government can still vote to support the Bill.
