Donations
Gecko is a not-for-profit organisation which relies on funding from avenues such as grants and donations.
Facilities exist for you to donate money by cash, cheque, or credit card.
If you wish to donate certain items, such as office equipment, bushcare tools, etc, please contact us for our latest wish list.
How Can I Donate?
1. Gold Coast Gives online donations facility
3. Cash or cheque
Delivered to the Gecko office at Gecko House, between Monday and Friday, 10am-3pm. Or post a cheque made out to ‘Gecko’ to Gecko House, 139 Duringan St., Currumbin Q 4223.
4. Credit Card
Come in, or phone in (5534 1412), with your credit card details.
5. Internet
Pay by bank transfer into our ANZ account. So that we know what the money is for, leave a reference note with your deposit, e.g.: “Donation” and any other information. We’d like to thank and acknowledge you!
5. Direct Deposit
Visit any ANZ branch and deposit direct into our account. You are only able to leave a number as a reference with this type of deposit, so please leave your phone number as the reference.

Each year, Gold Coast City Council grants all Gold Coast not-for-profit organisations a rate donation for the role we play in supporting the community. Gecko is grateful to receive this donation, along with other donations and support from the Mayor and Councillors, which allow us to allocate funds towards our core aims.
